Penis skin and inner thigh skin problems

Hello

I have one problem my penis near to top has like skin peel kind of white color it is mostly appearing dried time no any itching or something but on penis some part this white kind of small line.

and inner thigh skin also when dry kind of white, it looks like kind of Grey.and inner thigh has bit dark Line

if possible I can show the photo but I think it is inappropriate here

please someone tell what problem this

    Could be lichen sclerosis from high oxylate diet
