hi there
i am 18 year old and i have shiny skin and redness on my penis its over 3-4 years and it still not cure it self and it is not even increasing but i am curious is all have this type of shiny skin and redness on penis and if i touch on that shiny skin it feels sensitive, so please if anybody know about anything let me know.

Hi you need to have it checked with a dermatologist it needs to be diagnosed and treated properly.
