The Alcohol in the wipes drys out the skin...  or what ever the chemical in the wipes.  You need to massage some good quality Olive Oil onto your appendage.  Olive Oil is great for skin...   It will supple up the skin again and aid skin repair.

Olive Oil is great for the dry skin of elbow and shins...  use it regularily for a week or three and then cut back to ever 3rd day for maintenance.  You can apply as often as you like really.. It GREAT stuff....!!  and cheaper than other off the shelf creams etc..

I use good quality virgin Olive Oil, thankfully my cousin and her partner have an Olive grove..

    Hope your problem resolves soon...

Maybe just tackle getting your skin supple again, using Olive Oil and maybe also applying Vitamin 'E' Oil.  The RED SEAL Vitamin 'E' is the best Quality for Scaring. It's really the 'only' High Quality Vit' E Oil to treat scaring, anything else is 'fluff' and won't cut it.

It does take time to make improvements/changes to scaring but it does do wonders.  A surgeon recommended it to me after I had surgery.  It 'worked' on my scaring.  Of course it works exceptionally well on newly forming scaring by minimalising it or aiding in complete recovery with no scaring visable to the eye.  'Can't see mine at all'..  took 4 - 5 weeks for my wounds to heal, and I have zero scars.  Again it has to be the RED SEAL Vit E Oil.. OR an equal quality equivalent.

Older scaring and deep scare tissue may need more attention.  However if I were you I'd stick to a regular routine of applying one or both Oil/s throughout the day and last thing at night for a month, then see what improvements there are.  If you think maybe the scare tissue is to severe and not responding to your efforts with the Oil/s, then maybe seek the advice of a Doctor/Specialist who could have a surgical resolution for you.

      Good Luck..

You have probably caused a minor burn to the skin on ur penis. How long ago did this happen? I would suggest leaving it to heal for a few days and once it looks healed apply some sort of bio oil of something to it twice a day.
