Penis smell

I have noticed that my penis(glans) smells something like fish(but a very weak smell), but more like feet after a long day wearing socks.
I can only smell if I run my finger on the glans and smell it afterwards, and it goes away after showering.
I've never had any sexual contact, and I wash it once a day.
Is it normal or not?
Also, I have itching around the testicles and at the base of the shaft, but it goes away if a shave the area.

Normal - you need to either wash after each time you urinate, or, at least use a fresh paper tissue or toilet tissue to remove any traces of urine from around the Meatus (pee-hole) immediately you have finished urinating and you have fully drained your bladder AND urethra. Tight clothing can interfere with this process such as tight jeans and so on ! Do you tend to wear tight clothing? Have you ever noticed ant slight leakage of urine after leaving the toilet?
What age are you?
The itching sounds a little more unusual as it is more usual after shaving: do you use a facial shaving foam to shave pubic hair?

Sometimes I use some tissue paper to remove any traces of urine, but usually I just shake it and clear the urine if it's still there.
I haven't noticed any leakage of urine, only a few drops after peeing, that I wipe away.
Also, sometimes I wear tights clothes, but not too very tight, and I am 17 years old.
I've started using shaving foam and, for now, the itching is gone (it started a few weeks after shaving)

If you use a shaving foam again you need to have one for sensitive skin. you can also apply a post-shave balm for sensitive skin after fully rinsing and drying the area.
In terms of what is causing the itch between shaving this could be contact with clothing such as your underwear or other clothing such as jeans and shorts.
For underwear the first thing to suspect is washing powder or whatever it is that your clothes are washed in. You may need a powder or additive that is for sensitive skin, or is non-biological. Best stuff to use for underwear and sports shorts if you wear them regularly is Liquid Soap Flakes.
The smell can ONLY be from what is emitted from your penis: the tiniest droplets of urine, or / and pre-ejaculate can cause bacteria to multiply rapidly in this area of your body and it is often warm and damp from natural sweat and the warmth of your body is trapped and multiplied by underwear and other clothing.
When you take a pee release all clothing, such as jeans and suchlike: not only unzip, but also undo the button - you need to fully relax the entire lower abdomen for your bladder to drain completely.
What most men do is think very little about what is going on when they pee. they simply want to get it over with and go on to their way. What you can get is the tiniest droplets of urine can eventually leak out out of the urethra and meatus (the pee-hole itself) and this is what causes the small
So: pay attention to what is going on, loosen-off tight clothing, fully drain the bladder and empty-out the urethra - then fully clean up: wash if you can and properly dry, or use clean tissue paper - then wash when you can.
