Considering you have had them for months. herpes is ruled out. further they dont look fluid filled or poppable from the picture, which takes me think mallascum and other stds is out of the question. please correct me if i am wrong about that assessment. Further since a doctor has looked at them, he would quickly assess if they were std related. they dont look it and a doctor saw them, so I wouldnt worry about them. have you ever looked at sebaceous hyperplasia? it is uncommon to have it on your genital area, but not impossible. I just want to also mention that skin is weird and does what it wants sometimes; meaning that if this was on your arm or somewhere less trivial, would you be as worried as you are? probably not.
go to another doctor and get a second opinion. sorry to hear the cream did not work. its very small and dont let it hurt your confidence.

Hi no they are not fluid filled but are hard and don't give me any troubles. They are not poppable either and have remained the same since I noticed them. Here is a close up and yes i will go for a second opinion File size is too big

thanks for clarifying that all for me. if theyre hard, unpoppable, havent changed in size, or cause any other issues. i think theyre dealing with a refular abnormal skin condition. wish i knew more, but i wouldnt worry. go to another doctor maybe they can assess it better than the last person. i think a dermatologist is the best bet!!
