Penis swelling after wound

There was a lump in my foreskin of penis since my childhood(Age 5, now I am 28) after circumcision.Two days before i had a itch in that area and next day I noticed little white fluid oozing from the wound which caused due to itch. Now there is a noticable swelling, small pain while touching there and a very bad odor in that area. I have been taking Moxclav 625, vitamin b complex and taken tetanus toxide injection. Now there is no white fluid oozing from wound but pain is there while touching ,swelling is noticable and bad odor is there. Thank you.

      I'm not a doctor, but I think it must be that you have a mild infection which is causing accumulation of fluid (pus containing dead white blood cells). Unless it has a pimple on it I guess it won't break out but the fluid would be reabsorbed into the bloodstream. As long as it isn't a large quantity and you have normal immune system, this will be harmless and will resolve itself. If, however, it gets bigger or exudes more smelly fluid, I would get medical help to prevent infection affecting other areas of your body either by external contact or by spreading in the blood stream internally.
