Penis/testicular pain and penis/scrotum discoloration

What could be the cause of my penis and scrotum looking like this? I can't tell the color as I am color blind, but all I know is that it doesn't look normal. (I am a virgin)

I have been experiencing two types of penile pain. After I ejaculate, my whole penis will be painful if I get another erection shortly after the first.

I have also noticed that if I go a day or more without ejaculating, I will get a burning pain immediately upon ejaculation. There was once where I had tiny amount of blood in my semen after not masturbating for a few days. It hasn’t happened since.

Additionally, I have been experiencing testicular pain every once in a while. My left testicle is where I usually experience the pain, but it could be either testicle.

I have no pains while urinating, but it’s usually a split stream.
