Penis tip feels slight discomfort for two days after sock masterbation

ive had a sensitive/delicate penis head for the last couple months since i dealt with a yeast infection and while my doctor said it will take 2-3 months to recover natural moisture from the various topical treatments, i masturbated into a sock which did rub on my head some. after ejaculating, i didnt wash and showered in the morning. everything seemed normal until i urinated and then i started feeling this slight discomfort on the tip. Everything looks normal but this this feeling has remained for two days now. i feel some comfort after standing up and walking, simply applying pressure on the uncircumsized penis. its not painful but the presence of the feeling is worrying me as i thought i wouldve sensed relief by now. im continuing to add primrose oil for lubrication but not sure what else to do to recover from any stretching or rubbing that i mightve done to the head.

It looks normal. currently diagnosed with phimosis and taking antibiotics. On my third day now, no improvement however when i shower, i feel better so washing out whats at the tip alleviates the discomfort. the foreskin is not swollen, it just sticks to the head. its been a total of 6 days now since noticing urinating causes the tip to hurt/tingle for the rest of the day. I may go get a urinalysis if i dont feel better after tomorrow.

also i got sti tested for everything 7 weeks after my last exposure to oral sex and all but HSV1 came back negative which has been the same for years.

also i did take a UTI test and it came back positive for white blood cells (leukytes?) but the other portion of the test came back negative.

    Hi Ryan,

Probably you went overboard with the sock, but good it's got the cause identified with the UTI test.

Sounds like your phimosis isn't much of a problem, but certainly keep it clean to reduce the chances of getting these issues again. Otherwise some doctors will just say to chop it off.

Just confirmed today its herpes. probably HSV1 due to my tests always showing that. finally had a breakout spotted today after some testicle pain and stinging on the foreskin. the small white bumps are right below the urethra so the urine would touch it and cause the burning sensation. this is such devastating news.
