so I have been in and out of the doctors non stop and they keep saying it's prostatits. my penis tip has been red and hurts, I have pain in my testicles, frequent urination, my urine stinks all the time and it feels like acid when i pee. I've been on cipro for a month now and nothing has changed. I have taken multiple std tests and all have been negative. I just want to get back to feeling better. please help!image

Does sound like prostatitis, difficulty is its difficult to treat or know the cause. I have similar and yet to resolve sadly. CPPS would be the other alternative

yeah I felt great this morning. no penis tip pain and I just got off work and feel awful. left testicle hurts and red penis again. I just worry that cipro isn't working I feel like of I was it would have cured it by now

Difficult if don't know what the root cause is. I was given cipro (not for that long). Seemed to relive the Epididymitis short term but not sorted anything long term.

hey! I could be wrong but i felt i needed to reply just to see if my experience can help any. I ended up switching body wash, i used old spice alot and even on my genitals and after i switched, the testical pain and such was gone. As i said this may not even be helpful but i just felt to need to at least give input just in case it does. Might help to just stick with water for a while as well, might help with smell.

Really hope you resolve it soon man.

I don't have all the same symptoms, but I'm suffering from the redness with no known cause. I do have and some other symptoms down there that could be attributed to CPPS or Prostatitis, but no Dr I've seen has ever suggested it. Perhaps I need to go back and suggest it myself.

Did you have any tests to confirm prostatitis i.e. whether it was bacterial?
