it may just be irritated if u have had std tests an all come back clear its most likely not std related and something else is the cause if u use soap.to.wash with u should stop and just use warm water to prevent further irritation it dosnt look fungal as in most cases of fungal infection the skin gets quite sore and starts to.peel etc and yours dosnt look sore just a little bit red

i.wouldnt do anything about that if u have no symptoms of anything else and wait and see if it clears by itself over time

Todd, fully agree with Kim. You can try to do a variety of things and see if you get improvement. What you have is very low level irritation. But you can try:

    • wash with water only, avoid applying soap and other body wash such as shower gel top the tip area of your penis
    • wash after each time you urinate, if you cannot wash use a clean tissue or toilet tissue to remove any urine residue
    • each time the tip of your penis is wet you must fully dry it with a clean dry towel, preferably a towel that only you use
    • after sex or masturbation do a full clean up, tissues first, or a face cloth that you keep for this purpose ONLY and wash the cloth after a few days. After initial clean up go wash your penis and fully dry
    • if you use any form of lube for masturbation or sex there may be a mild irritant in the one you regularly use, try to avoid getting any of the lube on the head / glans of your penis
