Penis trouble. Need help and advice

Hello everyone
I have some sort of growth on my penis(inside of my foreskin) It has been there for about five months now, and I do not know what they are.
About 8 months back, me and my girlfriend were having anal sex. she was on top, but I do not think we used enough lube. I felt my foreskin pull tight back, and felt this pain, so we stopped.
over the next couple of weeks, I noticed I could not properly pull my foreskin back while erect. I could get it over the glands, but the left side of my foreskin was a bit higher than the right. My penis was also very dry, and when erected has a silver scale look to it after sex. also, when I got an erection, I would get these paper cuts in the same place, and over time, that's where this white growth started.
it started with what looked like a skin tag. I pulled it off no problem, and then a few more grew in what it is now. I was so concerned, I cut out sex and mastabation. I have not had sex with my girlfriend or mastabate for a month now. My foreskin is pulling back more and more now since I stoped, and my penis does not seem as dry. It can get red easily though.
first thing I done was look online. At first I thought they could be Papule, Pearly Penile, because they feel like them, but as far as I know, you cannot get them on the inside of your foreskin. then I came across genital warts, but I have never cheated on my girlfriend, and I 100% know she has not cheated on me.
this all started when I hurt my penis during anal sex. I am worried about what it could be. Advice, I would hugely appreciate

Mark, having read all your details the only way you are going to know what these are, and have the correct form of treatment put in place, should treatment be required, is to get a professional medical diagnosis.
Yes, there could be a relatively straightforward explanation for what these are and what is happening - but also, these could be something you need to get treated for - and no, this may have nothing to do with either you or your girlfriend cheating, or anything that took place in the past.
You can either go see your Family / Regular Doctor / GP - or go to a dedicated Sexual Health Service - they are not just about helping people with sexual diseases, they are about Genital and Reproductive Health, or if you are in the UK, go to a GUM Clinic at your Local General Hospital ......

If they are genital warts, of course that can only mean one thing. Been with my girlfriend for five years, and feel very depressed now. If she has cheated on me, then I am stuck with this disease for life!
thanks for the advice.

plus hpv that causes warts is not life long it is treatable they just burn or freeze them away your body usually gets rid of hpv within two years depending on how good your immune system is u should visit a doctor to check that thats wat they are given the fact u picked one off and others have grown then its very possible that thats wat they are u should also think about taking vitamin c tablets if they are warts in order to make the immune system stronger they mabe something benign but they do look suspicious

looked up genital warts. can only be spread through sexual contact. I am going to book an appointment at the sexual health clinic. The more I read up, the more I think they are warts, and it's just a coincidence that they appeared where my penis was cut.
absolutly gutted! as for the virus going by itself. some people can clear it within two years, but these are people normally in their 20s. I am 43. I read it all depends what type of wart virus you have. So I could be stuck with these.
Also have to think about what other diseases she past to me (If she cheated)
I am so gutted about this. Thank you for the replies.

You should see a dermatologist.. All strains can clear even the one causing cancer. Any wart can clear. Age has nothing to do with that. Internet is not a good thing to diagnose your symptoms. It also says that most people from 18 to 24 get warts. HPV is very difficult to understand. Your girlfriend may have cheated on you, or you may have been infected without sex or you may have dormant hpv for a long time with another partner. Sometimes symptoms can appear years later. Maybe you don't have hpv. It may be another condition. Only a dermatologist can tell you what you have. Go see a dermatologist by preference. He has the equipment to diagnose you and he is familiarized with skin conditions even the ones on your penile skin. Many dermatologist also studied venereology.

I have heard that boosting your immune system is a good way of fighting it. what vitamins? I know vitamin c is good, but what else?
My girlfriend says she has never cheated, so now she is saying I must have! I swear I have not! It's all a mess!

if they turn out to be warts your girlfriend should visit a doctors also to check that theres no warts in her vagina or anus if there are no visable warts on the outside she may have some internally in which case she would also need treating

thanks for the reply Kim. Seems like genital warts are a bit different. not everyone clears them. Most people who do are in their 20s. a lot of people never actually get rid of the virus.
will have to wait until I see the doctors, but it's not looking good.

Human Papilloma Virus, or HPV, is a sexually transmitted disease that is known to leave the body on its own. While you may need to have some sort of treatment to take care of any genital wart outbreaks or pre-cancerous changes in skin, a good immune system is usually enough to get rid of the STD. This is why doctors typically recommend people with HPV to exercise, follow a well-balanced diet plan, and quit smoking and drinking. Is there also a connection between HPV and hygiene, however? Here are some of the things that you should know about how hygiene may affect Human Papilloma Virus.
Does Hygiene Affect HPV?
HPV is the virus that causes warts and some cancer. Research has shown that the risk of cancer among those with HPV was cut in half by showering or bathing six or more times per week. This was in comparison to women who showered one to five times per week. This means that if you have the virus and shower on a daily basis, your chances of developing warts and cancer in the future are going to be greatly reduced. If you do not bathe frequently when you have HPV, it is also believed your chances of getting rid of the virus will also decrease.
Why Does Hygiene Affect HPV?
To date, there has not been enough research done to determine what the direct link between HPV and hygiene is. However, it is known that there is one. This is not at all surprising, as good personal hygiene is known to play a role in the treatment of balanitis, posthitis in uncircumcised men , vaginal yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis in women and prevent phimosis and paraphimosis in uncircumcised men. When you have better hygiene, it is believed that your body is more likely to get rid of the virus. This goes along with the theory that the better your immune system is, the more likely your body will be to get rid of HPV on its own. Hygiene is indicative of good health, which will help cure Human Papilloma Virus. Additionally, the added moisturization that the skin gets from bathing may help the infected areas clear themselves quicker.
HPV causing warts are not the same as HPV causing cancer. They are different strains.
Go see a dermatologist in order for you to get correctly diagnosed and have the right treatment. If you want to know more about infectious disease, go see an infectious disease doctor in your area.
There are a few pieces of good information on internet but unfortunately most pieces of information are inaccurate. That's why you better see a dermatovenerologist or an infectologist. They see patients on a daily basis and are experts at treating the condition. Some of them can advise you better.

Thanks for all the replies. Going to the sexual health clinic on Monday. the photos I have seen, there is no other explanation but warts. I was hoping it was something to do with the cut I had in the same area, but that was wishful thinking. just hope my body can get rid of the virus. I have bought evening primrose and vitamin c/zinc supplements to try and boost my immune system to fight the virus.
