i realise my penis urethra opening have been sticking together causing it to close. when wearing underwear, my urethra opening will stick to the underwear making me having to pull the underwear away and causing pain. At first I thought it was discharge but nothing unusual came out. I also thought it can be STIs or a UTI but there isn't any pain when I am peeing.
