Penis Very Sensitive, New Issue

Im 29, male, yesterday I masturbated nothing fancy or anything out of the ordinary, dont even know how it would have been particularly more straining than usual, during I noticed it felt very sensitive when I stopped, I figured that was something that would go away, but it did not. After I finished the very sensitive feeling stuck around. Its..almost like an arousal feeling, its a feeling I guess you'd expect to have if you were messing with it, but its all day with ranging levels of intensity. It has to do with contact, if anything is touching it I will feel it, even the underwear. It doesnt get erect or anything but Its a very very distracting, and bothering me and I have no idea if its normal for this to happen occasionally or if something is going on. I can ignore if I really really focus on something but its tough. Its been about 30 hours now, my penis does a little feel sore now, I dont know if I've messed with it more than normal today because of this or what, the sensitivity is still there, it may be slightly less than it was but because it kinda comes and goes im not sure.

Also I dont know if theres a connection, but its also felt like I need to pee a little more than usual today, im not peeing more or an unusual amount just that im more sensitive to the sensation.
