As the 1st photo shows you are fully capable of fully exposing the entire head / glans of your penis. This suggests you do not need to get circumcised, this would be only necessary if there was a severe infection present.
Men who have Phimosis cannot fully expose, or even partly expose the head of their penis - for the vast majority of these simply stretching the foreskin is sufficient to resolve the issue.
Doing this carefully and progressively will enable the foreskin to develop sufficient elasticity and resilience to be able to expose the head of the penis in a comfortable straightforward manner.
As we are unable to post external web site addresses on here you will need to do your own key word search:
... if you have any issues after initially trying the exercises simply update your Forum Post here and I can help you further

It takes time and effort but stretching will loosen the foreskin over time. I couldn't retract my foreskin at all during my teens but eventually it loosened due to constant stretching and gives me no problems at all now.

I battled phimosis much of my life ---too much.Tried everything. Wanted to avoid circumcision but eventually I yielded. I told the doc "Leave some foreskin on".He didn't like that idea but did as I asked. It turned out he was right because about 20 years later the foreskin stretched and I had phimosis all over again. next time I got it cut shorter. There will be readers try and talk you into stretching exercises but it doesn't work!If you want immediate relief and never have that problem again, go to the urologist and have the foreskin removed. You will always be glad you did.

For the vast majority of males with tight foreskin issues all it takes is the determination to see through the stretching process.
I know I have been on this journey myself and have guided male's with the tightest of foreskins to successful conclusion, without circumcision ....

To be honest i'm glad I didn't have my foreskin removed when I was sixteen. My Doctor said to try stretching before he would send me for a circumcision and it worked, leaving me with a natural part of my anatomy.
