Why one side of my pennis is light PURPLE red,neAr the urine hole?

Hi i did some research. It said If it's not related to sexual activities such as masturbation or erection in general then it's a posibility that there is either injury, infection or circulation issue's. However, it did say you're first port of call should be you're regular care giver (GP,Dr). It also said the best person to seek help with penile issue's is a urologist.
