Hello Prakash, thanks for the explanation and the images you have added - however, there are a few further things I need to know to help you and for you to confirm some of the things that may have got lost when (automatic) formatting was added to the text you have typed.
First, I need to know whether you have a sexual partner at the moment? Was there a particular reason why you got the clotrimazole, was this related to your online research, or another reason? Please confirm whether you have used the clotrimazole? What is your age?
By the way Coconut Oil has natural skin healing properties as long as you are not using one that is specifically for hair and may have additional chemical additives specifically for hair.
So here is what I can see are the concern you have:
.
So, check everything above and add in a reply whether there is something you are not happy about still with your penis.
What I can see from the photographs is that the skin of the head of your penis is not healthy, particularly around your Meatus (your pee-hole), and I can only guess this MAY have been a potential source of the blood you have noticed in the bed. I am unable to see any red dots but these may be on a different part of your penis head that is not clearly shown in the photographs?
You then finally mention about how long it takes to cure, and I am linking this to the way in which the skin of the head of your penis currently looks? If this is the case it will take many months of consistently doing the right things, but I can detail these to you when you respond to my questions ...... ?

Clotrimazole is used to treat fungal / yeast infections - the most common source of this is if you were having unprotected vaginal sex. If you are in a hot damp environment (the country in which you live, usually) it is possible that you can develop a fungal infection yourself, and this is where you need to have really good personal hygiene. Such as a shower every morning and clean underwear after you have showered.
So, I am a bit confused, you say: " the skin around meatus is same from long time and i never had any problem with it " - but clearly it is shown in the first pictures that you have posted that the skin around your pee-hole (the meatus) is of a darker colour and it looks cracked and generally unhealthy.
How long has your skin looked like this in the area of your meatus.
Also, if I zoom in on a enlarged photo of the most recent image you have posted there are some bumps and what could seem clearly to you like red dots. Is this what you feel the problem is: the bumps and red dots, or the unhealthy skin around the meatus.
Which one is the problem, or are both of these issues what you want to address?

Okay, so what we can work on is putting together the requirements to get the skin on the entire head of your penis as healthy as possible ..
What you need to think clearly about is everything that comes into contact with the skin of the head of your penis. So what I mean is even soap, shower gel, other body wash including hair shampoo if you use it in the shower. Also you need to think about your regular masturbation practices: do you apply anything to the penis for this - such as any form of lube, or something to hydrate the skin such as skin cream or baby oil, for example? Perhaps you apply skin cream after a shower, for example?
The relevance of all of this is that what the very sensitive skin of the head of the penis develops over a period of time is an intolerance of almost anything coming into contact with it, and this includes urine, pre-ejaculate and semen.
What I will include below is one version of what I call a hygiene protocol, and this takes into consideration the broadest aspects of addressing issues of irritated skin on the foreskin and head of the penis. The essential one is only using water to wash your penis with and what to do in the shower, make sure you have a towel that only you use, during masturbation and following, you need to throughly clean away any fluids that get onto the head of the penis. I find clean towelling face cloths are ideal for this, and again, I am the only one who uses these.
Read through my guide carefully and if you have any further questions update your Forum post here - also, if you can do an update in 6 to 8 weeks time to say how you are getting on, that would be really good.

Penile Hygiene Protocol to Combat Penile Skin Problems
.
In the mean time abstain from applying anything at all to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand only. Don't apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can. You may need to be vigilant and check for several hours after you have ejaculated to see if any further pre-ejaculate or semen reaches the head of your penis. If you use condoms regularly try doing without the need to use them for a few weeks.
By doing all these things hopefully you will get a positive reaction. However, what you are going to need to do is be vigilant, you may not notice any difference for 4, 5 or even more months. Obviously, the skin around your meatus will take much longer to address, but we can work on that once we have addressed the bumps and red dots successfully .....
