I feel nauseous and I'm just pale but I started eating red meat and lots of protein but still feel the smae. Please help I wanna get through my senior year and marry my boyfriend.

You need to relax - you know that this anxiety can only make the symptoms worse. Make an appointment to see a GP ASAP to talk through your worries and get a sense of perspective. I’ve found that not knowing what is wrong is almost worse than knowing so you can take the correct action and do something to make things better. Enjoy a walk in the countryside with your lovely boyfriend and enjoy the moment. Don’t think about what might never happen, give yourself a break. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

General Practitioner. I’m in the UK and everyone here is registered with their family doctor on the NHS. Are you in the US? Do you have a family doctor who knows you or can look at your full medical background?

I hope you’re feeling calmer now. Your doctor knows you and the tests will confirm her diagnosis. You must be honest with her about how distraught you were so she can reassure you completely. Enjoy your weekend. Let us know how you are next week.
