Peri first struck two years ago achy right wrist & arm then headaches with dizzy feeling had an mri all fine. January 2020 started to get panic attacks & anxiety tired nausea achy still, June 2020 really ramped up bloating, acid reflux, nausea, no appetite, no joy in food at all, very nervous tummy first thing in morning, loose stools, no motivation, low mood, exhausted, like unable to get out of bed somedays, infact bed bound sometimes for 4/5 days as so tired. sleep always been fine but waking with sweat behind knees, elbow joints & chest. Racing heart & increased heart race, even walking up the stairs my heart race goes sky high, neck glands feel slightly swollen constantly. Hot, cold, freezing body temp reading 35.7 freezing hands & feet. So dizzy off balanced feeling all day everyday now jelly buzzing legs & arms. Total exhaustion & lack of energy is unbelievable, i think im just totally exhausted by it all, my gp has been great have tried three types of hrt but actually feel worse on it. Please is this normal!!!!! ive had bloods done, stool samples, urine samples, cb125, internal exams all clear?! I'm 46 & feel like im slowly dying of some undetected illness, or is this hormones?!

don't masturbate for 3 months, follow a routine.

    go to sleep early.

have food the same time everyday.

    stay motivated.

stay away from addictions if any.

    i assure you recovery.

lastly consult a psychiatrist if you want to feel better as soon as possible.

you'll definitely recover if you follow this advice.

hey....honestly I've got the same symptoms. it's so tough but I've also had some many tests. Infact I was on the phone to my amazing DR. As all weekend my armpit and arms been hurting.

I found two lumps in armpit over a year ago. This was my third trip to the breast clinic. My dr went through my report and its hormonal cysts as ive got two fibrodermas. This is common in women. She actually went through all my other symptoms too and said they were all perimenopause. I got diagnosed last October finally.

After 3 years of loose stools and tests they are normal. Sometimes I'm constipated and they are loose.

My legs were like jelly and severe nausea too. Menobalance has massively helped me as I cont take HRT due to my lumps.

My hair thinning got me down. But it's under control with a change of shampoo, biotin and hair oil.

Do you work? As its a great distraction. I go for regular brisk walks too even when I'm off balance

I've only got 1 child (12 yrs old). I can only imagine with 3.

Please do look it up by Starpowa. I know when you get a new symptom and all the many others you are already having to deal with, it sends your anxiety through the roof!

Hang in there I always say nothing is wrong. You'll be fine it's all perimenopause. But I always get it checked out and once I get the all clear I'm fine .

Start to process it from today. It will help you massively.

Have you don't a checklist of all your appointments?

Have you had an endoscopy done?

I had stool tests for H Polyri clear everytime. I got fed up and demanded an endoscopy. Never Google anything always call your DR.

I'm always here if you ever need to chat. You are not alone.

Have you watched the Serpent? If not get distraction. Start it tonight it's brilliant. I want you to start enjoying life. Everyday you wake. Be positive and just say perimenopause. I do that and even had a gin and tonics!

Our NHS and Drs are amazing as long as we go to them about anything that's worrying us they are their to put our minds at ease.

Tomorrow your mission is to go to Holland Barrett buy menobalance by starpowa. Treat yourself to a hot drink and go for a walk x

I have had so many of your symptoms but through a strict diet I have changed it. i cut out junk, refined sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. i eat tons of cruciferous veggies, antiinflammatory foods, berries, tons of water. I also take b150, calcium, and elderberry. im not a doctor so this is not advice. im just sharing what has helped me get relief.

my heart goes out to you and all of us as this can be a very scary time. hugs.

remember Vit D is key it acts like the director of our hormones. I cont live without it and sleep like a baby as well as less aches and pains.

ah I have those moments especially earlier this week. Keep thinking the breast clinic have missed something. My Dr made me feel at ease and went through my report.

Don't worry remember to take walks. We are all going through it. If you feel something isn't right you are good and reach out to the DR.

How's your hair? I go through phases of it falling out as well as dry and brittle. It really makes me upset as I used to have long hair and lots of it!
