Peri-menopause hell

I think peri-menopause is so cruel, I never even wanted children yet I suffer like this, not saying those who do deserve to but I could have lived happily without a reproductive system and period every months, my peri symptoms are severe..

Acid reflux

Gallbladder pain even though I don't own one anymore

Burning skin

Tingling extremities

Increase in PMT symptoms

Orgasm that are hard to reach

A dry vag

Increase in allergies

Increase in mental health issues

Panic/worry

leg pain/muscle pain

GERD

Dry mouth

Lack of libido

Nightmares

IBS

Constipation

Early onset of dementia feeling

Fear, Fear, Fear....pain, pain, painnnn

    I agree with you and this transition period is a nightmare. My additional comment is that many of these symptoms are classified as uncommon and when you talk to doctors they don't consider them at all. This what is happening to me now because someone thinks I am crazy and I am able to get any relief

    I am in post menopause and i started HRT in April - many of my symptoms have gone away but i am ill every single day . I dont have all these every day but it is something EVERY SINGLE DAY . its a struggle sometimes I wonder if it is worth it at all.

    what I experience now

    awful taste in my mouth

    ears running with wax or popping

    heavy itchy eyes

    itchy perineum

    anxiety

    sore knees

    nausea

    sensitive teeth

    frustration

    mood swings ( every 45 seconds)

    itchy hands and feet

    frustration and anger

    Before HRT

    anxiety

    nightmares

    bloating

    gas

    gurgling stomach

    GERD

    SIBO (like IBS)

    constipation

    diarrhea

    mood swings

    depression

    sensitive teeth

    dry mouth

    itchy perineum

    dry Vagina

    dizzyness

    vision issues
