With all the hormone changes our skin changes too. What changes have you ladies made to your skin care? What products have you found that work? And have you got any skin care tips? I've found my make up sweats off really easily and is more oily one minute then parched dry the next. I could do with a few tips.thanks?

I use TLC cream by Eve Lom at night . Very moisturizing . I don’t ever wash my face just cream cleanser then wipe off with a tissue . Don’t forget your skin health comes from the inside out so loads of water and healthy eating

Forgot to mention Natura Bisse has great face creams but it’s pretty expensive ... your skin looks great on it though !

I just use Aveeno night cream and under eye ( i have horrendous dark circles).  I also like Alba, face creams and face cleansing wipes...their products are more natural. (  I had a terrible time with acne for awhile). Maybeline Fit Me foundation and powder holds up against sweating and hides the pores.  All pretty inexpensive.  I just bought mascara and eye liner...never have worn it before (sensitive eyes)...figured I’ll live on the edge and try something different. 🤣

    Hi Jackie

I used to love using Elemis, but my skin is much more sensitive than it was. So now I'm back to good old baby soap and oil of olay ..... Much cheaper smile xx

I take a few supplements that claim to help our skin.   One is Spirulina which helps the undereye dark circles and the other is powder collagen that I put in my smoothie.  I do eat spinach and blueberries every day which have antioxidants. I know I need to drink more water.  I wash my face every day (some ppl STILL don't do this) and use a toner to get the extra off.  In the morning I use a serum then moisturizer with SPF. At night I use retinal then a night cream.  I also apply eye cream morning and night.  I don't have a favorite brand-- and tend to buy online at the home channel or even a local store if I'm out of something. I don't wear a lot of make-up on a daily basis--just a tinted moisturizer and some concealer.

Yes collagen is great for the skin but SPF is a no no causes skin cancer . Try to use a natural sunblock . Hawaii is banning sunblock due to the decline of the sea life .
