Hi Kim, I had the the same low back pain started 3 weeks ago.At the end of the first one the pain traveled to my leg and was so sharp I couldn’t walk for few hours. On the next day my leg was ok,but the back pain I had for 3 weeks. After such a consistently pain I whent to the pharmacy .I was told to take paracetamol  3 times for 5 days. With Voltarol( gel) and the pills after the fifth day my pain was gone .But I still have a GP appointment after week so will see what he will say.Hope you feel better!

    Hi Kim

I too was on Keto last year and had to stop, I felt the same pains and also my gallbladder start to act up, I got the Keto flu which is cramps in the legs and diarrhea, I stopped Keto because I found the fat bomb just to work when you are in peri😣

It sounds like sciatica, back pain which travels down the leg.

    Hi Kim

I've been suffering from sciatica for 6 weeks and started with premenopausal symptoms a couple of months before that. I'm wondering if the 2 are connected.
