Perianal abscess

I had surgery on Sunday for a perianal abscess .my discharge note says found track insertion of seton , follow up on 8weeks . I am not in pain taking lots of pain kills . But my stomach feels bloated    and have not opened my bowel yet which I am worried about . I have had abscesses a fissure and have anal skin tag .I have had trouble going to the toilet for years . This time I went a only year with no problems feeling depressed.
