im 30 yrs old and im feeling changes.. i get very hot then I'll get very cold . my periids are all over the place so i was hoping maybe someone can relate or some advice its driving me crazy the feeling of the summer salts in my chest

    i wouldnt worry too much i would say you are too young for perimenopause but it could happen ! i would get checked by gyno to check hormone levels and anything else! is the hot flashes and irregular period your only symptoms???

      i also have the feeling in my heart that summer salt feeling. it just recent started becoming more frequent...

      i would just get checked anxiety can cause those things too but your hormones could be off! i would ask to check everything like thyroid and stuff too a hormone imbalance can make yiu feel alot of weid things im 49 and definitely perimenopause i think the sooner you get checked the better this way you can have some control of it but dont atressnit too much just get checked

      i also just got diagnosed with diabeties and i googled that to see if that can also cause hot flashes and it did say it can make u have the same symptoms as menapause..thank.u for ur advice... these hot flashes.make me feel horrible I'm drenched all day and its very uncomfortable...
