Perimenopausal internal tremors

i am 52 year old women and i have had body tremors for the past 3 months and i am perimemopause it is affecting my daily living it comes and goes and lasts for a few hours . i feel it more at night and early mornings .it wakes me up i feel it in my chest and both arms and hands mostly . I am scared and go into anxiety when it triggers . I am glad im not alone

    Hi Caroline,

    Good to see you here, and you most certainly aren't alone.

    I'm 51, skipping a few periods in a row now, and

    Internal tremors are one of my least favorite symptoms.

    It makes me anxious too.

    There are some good threads on this site with lots of comments from ladies in the same boat, and when they strike, I review those threads to remind myself I'm not alone.

    I wish I had some good advice for that symptom...if I find something, I'll let you know also.

    Hi Caroline. I am 42 and also suffer with these. Also my most worrying symptom. Can I ask where you get the tremors? Mine are in my head and face mainly, which worries me.

    mainly on my chest and both my arms very scary and last for hours mainly at night and goes on till morning non stop until i get out of bed i am hoping its menopause

    yes i too get this especially in the morning. I'm 47 & 4 years perimenopause. I'm in Constant state of anxiety with all these horrible symptoms it's very draining. It feels like every other week a new symptom I just hope it gets better after full menopause.
