Yes, I'm looking for myself too. Seems to take a lot of time. Just over a year and just starting to calm down. Today was the first day I left the house, did not cry and did not care although, I still have a ways to go. Concentration still off and still somewhat dizzy. That lowers my confidence that causes my fear. For me at least. The anxiety from that is the worst. You seem to lose your soul with this for a while. I try each day now to focus on the present, the here and now and accept that in time this will pass and try to just make the best of it and go with the flow. It's so freakin hard. You also, need to make peace with anything from your past that is bothering you and let it go. Easier said than done but, you have to try. This seems to kick up a lot from the past for some and did for me. Many days initially I could barely move, was barely alert. It's coming although, it seems for me it's been a slow moving process and has taken months at a time to see any shift in progress. Hang in there Bev. Your not alone!

i know how you feel. i have about 7 good days a month. i make the most of them. hopefully you can have a few good ones to focus on. treat yourself. on those good days i get my chores done, cook special meals from my husband but i also dye my hair, get my nails done, go walking.
this forum helps my bad days.

I am totally change person.
earlier i was joyful, very social and fun loving but now introvert..no joy ..want to be in home always..Emotionless...no concern with anyone.
I feel i totally change in Peri.
Donot know i will be like old one or not again 🙄🙄
Peei change me fully...I lose confident..donot want to go out..if its every urgent go with someone..
Earlier i travel alone ..did international travels alone but now i donot want to anywhere.
I want to be old me again
Hoping for better days

this was exactly how i felt but started on evorel 50 patch and now on 100 and i feel like my old self. i went to louise newson clinic (themenopausedoctor) as i was in denial that i was perrimenopausal. Talking to her, having my bloods done made me realise and accept it and take hrt- a bug discission but best one. you donf need to feel so bad - theres is help out there. please see an expert x

hello! i am so glad when i hear women starting to feel better. can you tell me what blood tests have you made? i would like to do the same and to be sure i ll have the correct treatment. i have a bed day today and i need to go to work. thank you!

my blood tests results are attached. i had my levels checked months before and the oestradiol levels were about the same and this was befor having the patch so now my levels are normal.
the specialist at clinic suggested seeing how i feel in a few months and if the anxiety creeps up try topping up with gel and also try testoterone also
i couldnt believe how quickly my anxiety stopped - you dont need to feel like you do. try and see a speacialist

anyone can take a look of my blood results. the doctor only prescribed some contraceptive pills with both estrogen and progesterone. i am feeling just a bit better.
