Perimenopause

Hi my ex girlfriend has finished with me after 2 years she has been suffering mentally and physically this past year...its taken me a while to work out with whats gone on and after reading about perimenopause she has so many of the symptoms..

I really want to discuss this with her but she thinks because the doctors tested her hormones its not menopause.

I'm convinced it's perimenopause Im tring to help her dont know what to do for the best.

she will phone me when shes low but then turn me away again

    I just had my hormones tested too because I was hoping my symptoms were that, but they were fine. I'm sorry your ex is going through this and that you are dealing with heart break and all. I do know that given what I'm going through, I'm focused on my health and not feeling very romantic with my husband right now. Being worried about what's wrong with me - and having these strange symptoms - is unsettling.
