Hello,
Please help ?? I am wondering if anyone out there dealt with spotting and irregular periods during perimenopause . I am 47 and this has been going on for over a year

Yes! This is the hallmark of perimenopause. I've had cycles as short as 12 days and as long as 112 days. This has been going on for almost five years!! I've had spotting, too. I turn 54 this year.

Yes all part&parcel unfortunately!
Still though wouldnt do no harm to get the spotting checked as it could be polyps
Mine was a few yrs ago but told nothing to worry about.

im the same 46 yrs old having irregular periods and spotting any time of the month for a little over 2 yrs i did ultrasound and was told i have polyps .
