Perimenopause. Evorel patches and Utrogestan capsules

Hi all

Is anyone taking Evorel HRT (patches)

Also Utrogestan capsules ?

I have just been prescribed them. I start next week and wondered if anyone has good reviews on them.

I'm desperate to feel better.

    Hi Michelle, Just seen your message. I'm new to this forum, but I am similiar to you on this mix of the two. I've just started  Everol sequi, but while on the 'conti' patch felt like a fiend. It just didnt agree, so researched and found that taking Utrogestan instead was much better for me. Only have tried once though so am wondering in what way you take the two together, and how you are feeling now? Thanks.

      Hi, Im on Evorel sequi. 2 weeks of the '50' patch, then another 2 of the "conti" patch, which was so awful I am now just trying to work out a balance myself between the '50' patch, and Utrogestan. If this makes sense ?

      Yes I need to alter mine is think. Did you have a blood test to see your estrogen and progesterone levels ? What were your side effects ?

      I got blood tests to show I was in menopause but did not get further ones to look into estrogen and progesterone levels - think I would need to get this done privately.
