Perimenopause sore skin

I've had the sore scalp issue...it comes and goes and feels like a sunburn.
Now I have this random spot on the bridge of my nose that feels sunburned, but I haven't been out in the sun as it's been overcast or rainy here lately.
I just woke up this morning and it feels sunburned.
Anyone else get random sore spots on their skin for no reason?

Aw...that sounds really annoying and frustrating 😦
I noticed a spot on my nose where it's sore and I'm wondering if it's psoriasis or eczema. My dad gets psoriasis really bad and I'm wondering if that may be what it is.
I just woke up this morning with a sore splotch on my nose...feels like a sunburn.

I get that sunburn all over feeling occasionally and it's so weird.
I think I've just developed eczema on my nose... apparently it can be related to low estrogen. My joints have been hurting and one of my boobs is suddenly sore as well, so that makes sense. I've also had eczema one other time about 12 years ago. I gave up gluten and it cleared up. But, I guess it's back thanks to low estrogen? 😦 I hate health issues.
