Perimenopause symptoms when in post menopause

hi, ladies

ladies I have not had a period since 2016 are any of you ladies in postmenopausal and still having perimenopause symptoms. I feel weak left arm feel heavy seen white flashing light in my eyes. my back is stiff little pain hit me here and there feel like I have to take deep breath . I get bloated after every meal than my right of my back feel like something tighting. ladies its so many symptoms I have tits pain some of these are new symptoms.

ladies help I am tired running to the doctor

      Hi, yes, I have most of your symptoms and then some. Some symptoms change daily and some remain constant. I'm so sick of feeling like this , I don't even bother going to the doctors any more. Do you take anything for for the bloating ? I sometimes take an antacid after I eat a meal

      yes, I take antacid to do you have pain in your left arm. which symptoms to you have I also have the stomach issues with the bowel problem to.

      Its weird, I used to have pain in my left arm for ages, then it got better and now I've got pain in my right arm. I've got loads of symptoms. I've had IBS constipation since my 20s, but it got much more severe during peri/menopause, but I control it with laxatives and antacids.

      I always thought that once you go 12 months without a period, symptoms would start to ease off, never did I think that they would get even worse than peri
