my perineal area right at the bottom of my vaginal opening has been tearing. The slightest pressure to the area makes it tear. it stops me from having sex because it tears every time even with lube. i dont know why it keeps doing this and is so frustrating. I am 25 years old and never had kids.

You may have an infection which is stopping the skin from healing properly. Do see your doctor for some advice. You can try sitting in slightly salted warm water, then rinse well and dry well and apply something like Savlon, but I think your best bet is to see your doctor.Dont wear anything apart from 100% cotton pants and no pants at night. No thongs either.

hi, have you been experiencing a lot of discharge ? Are you using any kind of Vagina soap or a product that is to cleanse or clean your vagina ? Sometimes these products well make the area very dry.
