perineum male swelling?

hello,

i think the area between my auns and my testicle is swollen but im not sure. i included a picture that i draw "simple" of what i feel

there's no pain in that area but sometimes i get painfull erection when closing my auns,

p.s i have UTI

is getting painful erection when closing my auns a symptoom of perineum infection or swelling?

  it would indicate bloodflow disturbance in the area which can be a result of a number of things including a cyst, inflammatory condition, a polyp or other growth.

  well it is not painfull to touch or i feel any pain from it at all. can that narrow things down?

  shouldd a ct scan shows all this? or only MRI scan

today i took a picture and it turns out there's alot of redness there
i really have no idea why i didn't do it earlier , dumb me

should i go back into jogging/walking? or i should contunie resting untill UTI clearned and the redness?
