Hi. I am a 36 year old mom of 1.
My period is 5 weeks late.
There are no symptoms to make me suspect i am pregnant.
Last week I panicked and had a HCG blood test done, came back negative.
Did a hpt 4 days later, negative.
Did another blood test yesterday, 6 days after the 1st one, also negative.
I still have not had my period, no bleeding nothing.
I am really starting to worry as to what can be wrong.

Don't worry! It could be any number of things. You may simply not have ovulated that month so will miss this period.
If your period doesn't come next month, I'd go back to the doctor.
If you were pregnant it would be really strange for you not to have a positive test by now. I suppose the only exception could be a chemical or ectopic pregnancy but that's really unlikely. It's much more likely that you've just missed your period this month for some benign reason.
