Period and weight loss.

Hi,

I lost my period in june/july 2021 due to losing too much weight too fast. (I don't have an eating disorder, I was just very stupid).

I noticed that I didn't get my period after around two months and I upped my intake, and got it back around December 2021.

So my question is. When can i start losing weight (HEALTHY!!!) again?

(What I mean by healthy is around 0,5 kgs a week).

I REAAAALLLYYY want to be in a good shape by the summer since I'm going to Paris with friends and if I start losing weight (HEALTHY!) now I will be. But I don't want to lose my period again.

(By the way: The BMI I want to get to is a healthy BMI!!!! I don't wanna be underweight)

Any advice?

Its always important to eat right and look after your body in every way. Once you do this this your body will start to look after you. Always eat right, and try eating options for best effect of health.
