Period help , is this normal or cause for concern ?

Hi , I'm looking for advice , similar stories , before i visit my GP

I am 32 years old

i gave birth 2.5 years ago , within 3 months my periods came back & were more regular than before I became pregnant

over the last 10/11 months , my periods have changed again

they've become lighter , shorter & much more irregular

when i say shorter , I'm talking about 1-2 days

i even missed a period in January & February

the last 3 months , my period has lasted 1 day

this week , I started my period Monday morning , by the night time i had stopped completely

it was extremely light with minimal cramping

I am 100% not pregnant, no stress or change in weight

Is this normal ?
