Ugh great as i sit here at work i have now got period pains that are like shooting pains into my stomach.
My period is not due until next Friday but could be earlier as my cycle can vary by a couple of days lately.

I get cramps a week before my period and have been for the last few years. I'm actually glad it happens because I know that once I start cramping, I know my period is on its way! The life of PMS.
