Peripheral artery disease (PAD) while diagnosed with PMR.

I would like to know if any PMR sufferers have contracted the Peripheral artery disease, especially in their legs, after being diagnosed with PMR, if so how were they treated for this condition?

I suggested a link to google - but I can't put it directly or it will go for moderation.

The first signs of PAD are usually something called claudication - pain and fatigue during walking, especially if you try to walk fast or uphill, which goes away if you stop the activity and returns when you start again. You may also have problems with cold feet and legs or discolouration of the skin. But all of these can also be due to other causes and so you would need to see a doctor to decide which.

Thanks for that Eileen, I do have thigh pain most of time but wears off a bit at night, morning time is worse, but when I walk fast a little worse, but at same time I think it loosens up, I will have a blood test this week, I suppose I wanted it to be anything, but a flare, hope your doing okX

I have both PMR and the giant cell. To my knowledge it is full body.
