Peripheral neuropathy ,I've had it for 40 year.

Hi, It only gets worse but you can control it by no overdoing things like digging the whole garden, put on elastic tubes from Boots you will feel the benefit strataway. Go on the Haye diet if you get stomach cramps it also give you a boost. Get a large twin head massager' ebay' it wil hurt but it helps. I use modern method of moxibustion which works really well but Ill leave you to figure that out. I only have 10mg amitriptyline at night and use the massager before bed which as I said before it hurts.
