Peripheral Vascular Occlusive Disease of the Upper Extremities

I have been diagnosed with this disease. I have sought high and low for someone else who has this. My internet searches have been unsuccessful in finding any patient based information on this condition. Most people seem to have this in the lower extremities. Can anyone offer any information on insight on this condition? Your assistance is most appreciated.
