Permanent salivary gland disorder two years from covid vaccine

Hi everyone. After covid vaccine jan 2022 i developed sublingual fold swelling and submandibular gland swelling in the left side. unfortunately i was diagnosed with bowel cancer in December 2021, currently NED, after a stage 3 diagnosis. Before starting any chemo the swelling was there. There is no stone,,i had a ultrasound a few months ago and it showed swelling of the submandibular left gland. I also developed swollen inside cheek swelling after starting chemo that never went away .
