Perrenial issues

Hello, I had a TURP done about 10 years ago and I am still having issues to this day. I don't think the issue is my prostate, though. I believe that maybe some muscle tissue may be damaged around the immediate urethral area where the surgery may have taken place. I have been to many DRs. that really didn't give me any answers, but have found someone now who I HOPE is able to help me. It seems like the nerves around my penis are numb and I'm unable to completely move them. Erections are fine, but muscle spasms are an everyday occurrence for me + shrinkage problems. Needless to say I am getting quite bothered by this and finally want some answers. I think I deserve them and am HOPING so much this new Dr. may be able to help me. I think he is possibly looking in to a nerve block and don't know if this is an answer. Could someone please advise me if they have any answers or may offer me any insights if they have had similar problems after their TURP surgeries. I certainly would like to find a way out of this !! Steve
