Persistent 3 month cough

I started having a cough at night this went on for 2 months. It started to get worse after the 2 month and started to bother me during the day. I went to the doctor they did a chest X-ray, blood work and examined me. Diagnosed me with bronchitis I took a z pack, antibiotics, steriods and inhaler. After taking all meds felt a tiny bit better, but still coughing after all meds were takin cough came back and was as bad as before if not a little worse. Went back to the doctor had an asthma test which came back normal. Doctor said "let's try the process of elimination and although your not showing any signs of post nasal drip or acid reflux take this medicine for that anyway and if it doesn't work we can elminate that." So I did do that it didn't work and after telling several people what this doctor said they said "get a third opinion" so I did. I went to a third doctor who examined me some what and said my bronchitis was still not cleared up and started me on a second round of meds. I've always told each doctor it's a dry cough and I have this little flutter feeling in my chest. The 2 doctors that said I had bronchitis just said "yeah that's bronchitis for ya" The doctor that gave me meds for having no signs of acid reflux or post nasal drip thought I had asthma. However I'm done with ALL the meds again and I still have that feeling and persistent cough that's driivng me nuts. I don't feel like wasting my money and going to ANOTHER doctor just to be put on meds I don't have signs of having that issue for and or more meds for the supposedly same issue. Can it really still be bronchitis or could something else be wrong. I've always had the flutter feeling since the cough began. Does ANYONE out there have these symptoms?

Does your cough increase with the increase in cold or in night?

Is there any sign of Shortness of breath, chest pain, problems in breathing?

and also mention if you have suffered from some viral-fever or something and

what is the current stool type: diarrhea or constipation?

    these questions might help further

When I do try to breathe in deep it makes me cough. When I do lay down at night my chest feels heavy. No viral fever or anything of the sort. I have noticed I do sweat at night. Stools are normal

Okay.First of all you need to understand one thing that COUGH is a property of the body to CLEAN itself after something infected the lungs..while the main problem remains something else.

Your symptoms kinda looks like tha pneumoniaSearch Google=bacterial pneumonia and match your symptoms.

I generally prefer the HomoeoPathic or herbal treatment for this.

Note - I ain't a doctor but had similar symptoms once.
