Any thoughts/help greatly appreciated! im honestly at breaking point with this, i can't sleep & havent felt comfortable for even a minute in months!

  • Started in early September 2022.

  • Spread to various body parts, started on hips, chest & groin, since spread more or less everywhere.

  • Extremely itchy Big, raised, red lumps/spots in groin, buttock & testicle area.

  • Pimple & rash like around rest of body.

  • Rash on chest seems like typical heat rash, was much worse at first but calmed down now.

  • Generally feeling run down, have had 2 significant colds since started.

  • Ulcer on inside of mouth has come up twice since start.

  • Have been drying effected areas with kitchen roll to avoid spread.

  • Itching so intense i havent been able to get to sleep then waking up constantly every night, sleep has been badly effected.

  • Constant itchy feeling all day.

  • Seen various doctors, sexual health clinics & a dermatologist with no success, all have different ideas on what it may be, below are treatments used so far:

  • aciclovir tablets / flucloxacillin tablets / daktarin 2% cream / piriteze allergy tablets / ketokonazole 2% shampoo / doublebase moisteriser / fucidin 20mg cream / betnovate 0.1% cream / dermol 200 shower / lyclear

  • most made things worse but the betnovate helps things to an extent.

  • i tested positive for chlamydia in the early stages but treated this with doxycycline which cleared that up.

  • Previously had herpes outbreak, but everyone ive seen is certain its not sexual health related - ruled out herpes, syphillis etc.

  • Treated for scabies recently as well to rule that out.

  • Dermatologist thought it may be eczema but wasnt at all certain.

Below are current pictures of its current state.

Thank you for any help.
