Persistent Head Pressure/CSF Leak

Hello all, i am currently going through a troublesome medical enigma. Basically it feels like there is constant pressure in my head, really bad after a few days after onset but then it has calmed down to a manageable but still troublesome pain level. Here are my accompanying symptoms:

-Pressure in head

-Runny nose not everyday

-Back pain sometimes upper and sometimes lower and sometimes both

-Fatigue

-Abdominal aches altho they aernt too sever

-General unwellness

-Sciatica Nerve Pain

-Facial tightness

I am just wondering if anybody has experienced a condition like a CSF leak and do these symptoms sound similar in any way.
