persistent itching on one side of labia, pics

i posted in the wrong area so im gonna try posting here. ive had persistent itching in just one spot by my labia and i usually remedy it with hydrocortisone. it doesnt resemble anything like hsv2 so i was wondering what it could be. i avoid using harsh shampoos or cleansers down there so it cant be due to an irritant. image

sorry for the blurry images, im at a loss of what to do. it sometimes itches but then other times its not too bad. could it be some sort of vaginosis or something? im not too educated regarding that kind of stuff and i think my discharge is normal - for a lack of better word, i dont sense anything out of rhe prdinary. really would appreciate some feedback!! please help, thank you

it gave me exactly the same, I was too scared. When I went to the gynecologist, he calmly told me that it was a fungal infection and that those granules were sebaceous glands (stubborn spots). The fungal infection is removed with antifungals and may go away on its own. So give it time and don't touch the area.
