Persistent pelvic pain after Urolift

I has a UroLift done approximately 7 months ago. Since then I have had persistent pelvic pain localized in the suprapubic area that does not radiate. It is a burning sensation that feels like I am being poked with a hot poker. I spoke with a buddy of mine who is a Urologist in another state who does not do the UROLIFT procedure because of the fact that it leaves a foreign body that the body can reject. He has removed several and performed a TURP with excellent results. Has anyone had similar symptoms and if so, what resolved it? I am currently considering a TURP. Any thoughts based on personal experience would be greatly appreciated
