persistent variety of problems are they related?

Hi, i am a 24yo F that has been experiencing a chronic variety of health related issues that come and go (flare ups) and always on my left side...which i am wondering if they could at all be related.
My general health i would describe as good, i do suffer with some ongoing allergies but thats about it.
i dont want to bore everyone with a massive amount of detail and i hate to sound like a hypercondriac but after visiting my doctors on a large number of occasions and still suffering from all these issues im looking else where for help
so here it goes...
skin related issues -
i've been suffering with very dry skin and hair, irritated eyes that produce stringy white gunk, under eye red rashes and dark circles and swelling around my eyes.
lymph node issue-
3 years ago i noticed i had a large lump on the back of my neck (left side on hairline) about as big as a 10 pence piece, i had it looked at and eventually 2 years later after numerous visits to the doctors they decided to had it removed for biospy which came back negative. since my operation over a year ago i have formed a lump of the same size once again in exactly the same place. this has been causing me no discomfort to touch but i do have a pain radiating down the left back of my neck.
pain in left bottock and thigh-
for the last 4 years i have suffered with pain in my left bottock (right in the crease where bottom meets the thigh) this pain comes and goes months at a time. it starts in the bottock area and is irritated my sitting and lying down if i continue to sit the pain increases to the back of my thigh but never goes past my knee, the pain can be excrotiating and is only relieved by walking it off. i was sent for an mri on my lower back to rule out and herniated disks etc.... the scan came back fine but the pain still persists.
swollen knees-
also for aroud 4 years i have suffered with swelling and pain in my knee joints. this comes and goes as well, you can see visible swelling at the top of my knees and is extremely uncomfortable.
wrist pain-
my left wrist can become quite painful and i tend to get a shooting pain that travels to my thumb. ( i did have a lump removed from my wrist 3 years ago) this can be accompanied with tinlin feelings within my hole left hand.
chronic stomach issues-
for the past 4-5 years i have had some interesting flare ups within my stomach, i have been hospitalised 3 times with severe cramping and pain radiating into my lower back but they have put it down to IBS, i can eat most foods without problems i dont feel like i suffer with food intolerances, but when i get these severe cramps they are cripling.
and lastly (if i dont sound like a hypercondriac enough..)
ive had a recent development of shoulder and arm pain ( left side of course), doctors refered me to physio which they believe me to have rotar cuff tendinitis, i've has physio for 5 weeks now and a cortisone injection but the pain is becoming much worse again - radiating into my neck and chest.
i hope someone could possibly shed a bit of light, im just concerned as i am only 24 and feel like im falling to bits, along with sleepless nights if its not one thing its the other...its getting me down and i cant go one day just feeling generally well.
i have been to my local gp about all these different issues a few times but i usually just get sent home with painkillers and anti inflammatories.
can anyone help me or am i just unlucky to suffer with all this at once??

No I know, the problem with my doctor surgery seems that I never really see the same doctor consistently, so knowbody looks into my previous notes.
No I haven't tried that, a lot of people say it doesn't really do anything, and can just mimic a placebo.
I thought that to, it's always on my left ( which is my dominant side) it could all just be coincidence and happening at the same time, but I find it strange how it keeps reacuring. I'll have a flare up for a couple of months then it all seems just to disappear ( apart from the lump in my neck) then a few months later it happens again.
