its a hidden dissability its easy  for them to say theres nothing wrong .

i think your proberly bating a loosing wicket, its not fair , and i know how hard it is,but the people who decides who gets it and who dosent , are just gits.

if your a complete doser ,fagging and boozing and swear at everyone your more likely to get the bennifit, but if your trying  its almost impossiable.

my bennifit is up this time next year and i am not holding out much hope of a renewal.  MAYBE IV BEEN CURED AND DONT KNOW IT. keep trying and get some back up from a bennifits agency, citzen advice ,or some such .

I have just been accepted for PIP with no appeal! It was the third time I have tried to claim. Last year the total arse they sent out to my home saw how bad I was, knew I couldnt cook, wash, walk far without pain, dress without help and he totally lied! The letter I got back even stated " you are able to walk upstairs!" I was so upset I cried for hours, couldnt believe it! I live in a bungalow, have done for 7 years now as I was struggling with stairs years ago. Ididnt bother appealing, it just made me feel so much worse. I struggled back to work but only lasted a few months then just couldnt. He was looking at me like he thought i was putting it all on! This time I saw a nurse, she was nice and she obviously put all the info in correctly. No lies and I got it! I was amazed as, like we know, lots of people who are not genuine are the ones that always get it, us genuine ones have trouble. Keep trying x

Hi Ingrid, sorry to hear your news. Its typical just because we can walk  work and cook for ourselves they refuse to give us any assistance. I too have been turned down in the past three times. Its a horrid disease we have to live with and a little help would go along way. I ache from head to toe and my feet are so sore, and my fingers have started to itch and stinging sensation now. So it makes it difficult for doing chores or any work, and I struggle with driving..

I know wish they had people who understood how we felt.I can do most things I have to.have to go to work I have a mortgage but feel lousymost of the time.At least with other illnesses you can take tablets but painkillers and most sleeping tablets do nothing for me. Sorry having a moan but its nice to chat to people who understand.
