I've had PF for about week now

I took the tape off today

I'm going back to doc next Monday

For shots in foot

I bought some Kuru shoes there suppose to form to your foot

So I'm hoping with the combination of these two things I can get back to work more active

I'm a carpet layer and carrying carpet is s big problem now

Pain in down to about a 3 out of 10 threshold still annoying though

But laying down there's no more nagging pain

Just walking is a hassle still

Hopefully the shots and shoes work

If not a special insole made by him at 450 a pop for insoles

What a hassle

    Just got the shot it is bit painful getting it

    Foot is bit sore

    He said wear nightsplint and do excersizes

    And ice it

    Will see how it goes

      Woke up this morning with no pain in tue usual place only a little sore from the shot

      So now tonight I will wear the night splint and try to do the excersizes

      Ice it when I come home from work

      Not sure how long this cortisone shot will last

      But it seems to have got rid of the inflammation
