Phantom sensations while touching other parts of a body

Hi all,

i will try to shorten the story. Im a 30years old ex athlete. Two years struggling with strange symptoms. Mri of spine, cervical and thoracic (few protrusions but no nerve compression) and lumbar l4-l5 central one and l5-s1 as well, both "light" compressing nerves. MRI of endocranium and blood vessels totally normal. Regular blood test normal, B12 normal, thyroid blood test normal. EMNG of lower limbs showed light radiculopathy in both legs, but doctor said "not a big deal, some are even a chronic one".

Started with tingling in both feet (maybe after fall on a back), and getting worse during upcoming days. At some point started sensations in a groin area. After a while numbness in groin area, neurogenic bladder (confirmed on urodynamic) etc. Sensations were changing whilee changing position of my body (lower back. expecially) Finally after 1.5 year dynamic Xray showed l4-l5 spondylolistese of II degree (25%) so it might be a cause of a problem along with disc protrusions.

Significant signs: tingling in feet very often and groin area (testicles expecially ) , small weakness in legs after long sitting (more than 1 hour), low back pain, urogenital issues etc. All getting worse when standing or sitting for a while . Felling better after walking or lying. Single day in last two years was not without symptoms. After a PLDD of l4-l5-s1 i had a temporar reliefe of some sympthoms (expecially urogenital one) but it went back once i started do sit again (on my job)

Very strange symptoms: 1-2 weeks after first symptoms i started to feel changing in tingling sensations in my feet while i am touching some other parts of my body. If i touch my testicles or somewhere on my stomach or chests (exactly on the same areas always), even if somebody else touches it.

Nobody gave me an answer about it.

Does anybody knows what this can be, expecially about the strange symptoms? I think i went to all analysis except lumbal punction and evoked potentials.

    hi i woke up suddenly with tingling in both feet mine spread to my knees then both hands within hours ive had nine stop tingling for 40 months mine is not a second without it ever ,everything i touch goes to my right foot i can change the tingling if j press my stomach i feel the tingling change in my right foot if i wave it will go through the foot i started noticing this around 6 months into having myproblems its become stronger as times gone on i dont know if you are reporting similar as in 40 months ive never met anyone who has alterned nerve signal to another are minr is also if anyone else touches me its like i have a 2 way signal i was fully healthy before this came on overnight all my scans bloods tests are normal diagnosed with small fibre neuropathy and left now im female age 44
